1. Lab milk is cows’ milk produced in laboratories using special strains of yeast. Because it doesn’t require any animals to produce, lab milk is technically vegan. Unlike plant-based milks, lab milk is real dairy — with a taste and nutritional profile that are designed to be exactly the same as regular cows’ milk.

2. In September 2020, the Australian economy contracted for the first time since 1991, ending an uninterrupted economic boom that lasted almost 30 years. 

3. An espresso has less caffeine than a cup of coffee. A cup of drip brewed coffee has about 115 milligrams of caffeine, an espresso (and percolated coffee) about 80mg, while instant coffee has about 65mg of caffeine. By the way, decaffeinated coffee is not totally caffeine free, containing about 3mg of caffeine. 

4. At over 19,300 feet, the Ladakh Road in India is the highest motorable road in the world. This strategic road located in the Federal/Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir,  is 86 km/53 miles long and connects the villages of Chisumle and Demchok.  In case you were wondering, the road to Uturuncu in Potosi, Bolivia is the second highest motorable road at 18,953 feet.
